What is the minimum project duration?

It varies by service type:

  • ESG Consulting: Minimum 6 months
  • Technology Implementation: Minimum 3 months
  • Digital Marketing: Minimum 4 months
  • Case-based projects: 2–12 months

How does pricing work?

We offer 3 different models:

  1. Fixed Fee – For projects with a defined scope
  2. Retainer – Monthly consulting packages
  3. Success Fee – Performance-based pricing

The appropriate model is determined during the initial discovery meeting.

Can we do a pilot project?

Yes! We offer 30-day pilot projects, especially for our technology solutions. During this process:

  • Platform demo and test access
  • Limited-scope implementation
  • ROI measurement and evaluation
